Paul Perkins and David Rubio, both locals, introduced Java Jitters and CoVeu Drinkery and Eatery to the shores of the Colorado River, illuminating what Bullhead City has to offer. Their goal was to provide a place where customers dine on great food with an amazing river view and atmosphere.

This location offers both indoor and outdoor seating. They have an amazing team and they own a passion to give back to the community! They've helped animals in need, local schools, sponsoring sport teams and individuals, the boy and girls club where they've won the best blended margarita 2017!

Paul and David look forward to improving their community with their outreach initiatives. With much hard work and time, they have been able to accomplish their goals and make a positive impact in their community. "We continue to take risks, overcoming challenges, while redeveloping an area that has been forgotten." Paul and David are not finished, they have many more goals and plans for the Tristate Area.
